Head of Lingerie E-commerce Ventures

You will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and growth of our lingerie e-commerce platform at INTICEDE BSD. As the Head of Lingerie E-commerce Ventures, you will have the exciting opportunity to build and lead a new venture in the lingerie e-commerce space. Your role will involve shaping the strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, establishing brand partnerships, and nurturing investor relationships. You will define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the venture's success. Additionally, you will create and oversee marketing strategies to promote the lingerie e-commerce platform, drive customer acquisition, and onboard premium lingerie brands to enhance the platform's offerings and reputation. Furthermore, you will identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with relevant industry players to expand the venture's reach. Exploring new revenue streams and business models will be crucial to maximizing growth and profitability. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the lingerie e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Managing inventory, logistics, and fulfillment processes will be essential to optimizing efficiency. Maintaining strong relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing regular updates on the venture's performance and growth potential, and collaborating with investors to secure funding and support for expansion plans will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Additionally, you should have 6+ years of senior management experience in a marketplace e-commerce company, demonstrating strategic leadership and business development skills. Technical proficiency in e-commerce platforms, marketplace operations, and digital marketing is required, along with a passion for and deep understanding of the lingerie category and the e-commerce landscape.,
