Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Human Resources & Sales Enablement - Commission Based. The professional will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves coordinating sales enablement activities, aligning HR functions with sales strategies, and providing support to enhance the performance of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Human Resources, HR Management, and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
• Experience in managing HR functions and teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
