As a Strong Head of Growth / Retention / Acquisition profile focused on B2C Apps, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Must have minimum 12+ years of experience in app acquisition, growth, and retention of digital products - Proven track record of driving acquisition, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and conversion for large-scale consumer apps - Must have team-leading experience and cross-functional collaboration across product, tech, and marketing - Expertise in mobile app analytics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, growth experimentation, customer insight generation, marketing automation tools, and dashboarding for KPI visibility Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of App store optimization (ASO) is preferred - Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools is preferred The company is known for its top rankings in B2C Apps. The CTC offered for this position will have a breakup of 80% fixed and 20% variable as per the Company's policy.,
