Job Description

As a Strong Head of Growth / Retention / Acquisition for B2C Apps, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition, growth, and retention of digital products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 12+ years of experience in app acquisition, growth, and retention of digital products. - Demonstrating a proven track record of driving acquisition, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and conversion for large-scale consumer apps. - Leading a team and collaborating cross-functionally across product, tech, and marketing departments. - Showcasing expertise in mobile app analytics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, growth experimentation, customer insight generation, marketing automation tools, and dashboarding for KPI visibility. For this role, the Company is looking for someone who has experience in Top Rankings B2C Apps. The offered CTC breakup will be 80% fixed and 20% variable, as per Company policy. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - Deep understanding of App store optimization (ASO). - Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools. This role is based in Pune with a salary of up to 60 LPA and a 6-day working schedule.,
