Head of Fund Raising

Our client is one of the largest global real estate funds, with a presence across multiple asset classes. As the Head of Fund Raising, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India across various real asset classes. The position is based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Gurgaon. Key responsibilities include capital raising, investor relations, market research, proposal development, networking, collaboration, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience in real estate fund managers, financial institutions, real estate developers/operators, or financial advisory firms. Real estate fund raising experience is a must-have, along with a Masters/Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. To excel in this role, you should possess an outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must have a strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles. Being a strong team player is essential, but you should also be able to work independently. Additionally, you should have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modeling.
