🔹 A client of Maxonic is Hiring: Head of Growth – Americas 📍 Location: Gurgaon / US-based | 💼 Leadership Role | 🌍 Global Mandate A next-generation AI-led transformation firm, is expanding its global footprint—and is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to spearhead growth across the Americas. As Head of Growth – Americas , you will lead market expansion across North, Central, and South America, drive high-value enterprise sales , and shape the go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and founding team. This is a pivotal opportunity to architect and lead the company’s scale-up journey across key verticals. The Opportunity ▪️ Drive the revenue charter across the Americas, with full ownership of net-new growth and strategic account expansion ▪️ Engage directly with CXOs to deliver consultative, AI-led transformation solutions ▪️ Lead high-value, complex enterprise sales cycles ($1M–$10M+) across Travel, Healthcare, BFSI, and Tech ▪️ Build and lead high-performance, cross-border teams across the US and India Ideal Profile ▪️ 15+ years in enterprise technology sales , with at least 8 years in front-line US-facing sales leadership ▪️ A track record of building markets, acquiring strategic clients, and closing large enterprise deals ▪️ Deep familiarity with AI, cloud, SaaS, or consulting-led digital transformation solutions ▪️ Executive presence, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to engage credibly at the C-suite level ▪️ Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with matrixed global teams This is a unique opportunity to build, lead, and influence at scale .
