About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all engineering functions including Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Static, and Rotary equipment.
  
• Drive timely delivery of detailed engineering solutions and ensure smooth commissioning for project closure.
  
• Implement and monitor quality, cost, and performance standards to maintain competitive edge in the EPC market.
  
• Lead discipline-specific knowledge circles to promote continuous improvement, innovation, and value engineering practices.
  
• Mentor, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams across multiple locations.
  
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
  
• Oversee outsourcing of design work and ensure adherence to quality and technical standards.
  

Key Requirements

• Mandatory:

  EPC industry background with experience in large-scale Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Process industry projects.
• 2022 years of progressive experience in engineering leadership, preferably in top-tier EPC firms.
  
• Strong track record in detailed engineering, commissioning, proposals, and technical leadership.
  
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget.
  
• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation or related discipline) from a reputed institution.
  
• Age: 40–45 years (preferred).
