Founded in February 2025 by Vaary Shah, I.M.P.A.C.T – International Model Parliament and Council of Teens is an India-based platform dedicated to youth empowerment through policymaking, debate, and diplomacy. IMPACT offers young minds the opportunity to simulate legislative and international decision-making, preparing them to become future leaders, policymakers, and diplomats. By engaging in Model Parliament and Council simulations, students develop critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills while understanding the real-world impact of governance and diplomacy. While currently focused on India, IMPACT aspires to expand internationally, fostering a global network of young changemakers.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Head of Digital Media. The role is primarily based in Mumbai, with some work from home being acceptable. The Head of Digital Media will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies, managing digital media campaigns, planning media content, and overseeing social media marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks will include creating digital strategies, analyzing media performance data, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive media execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Media Planning and Media Strategy
• Proficiency in developing and executing Digital Strategies
• Strong skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in youth-focused or non-profit organizations is a plus
