By engaging in Model Parliament and Council simulations, young minds develop critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills, preparing them for future roles as leaders, policymakers, and diplomats.(unpaid internship)Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Intern at IMPACT. The Intern will be responsible for assisting with simulation organization, researching policy topics, drafting resolutions, engaging with participants, and supporting event logistics. This role is based in Mumbai but offers some remote work flexibility.QualificationsStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentInterest in policymaking, debate, and diplomacyExperience with event planning and organization is a plusCurrently pursuing or completed a degree in Political Science, International Relations, or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
