Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a fast-paced development team, driving productivity and continuous learning.
Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for scalable, high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations to translate requirements into technical solutions.

5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in
