Position Summary:

Role & responsibilities:

Agile End-to-End Product Delivery

• Lead and manage the complete product development lifecycle for assigned platform components based in India
• Ensure deliverables meet budget and quality standards using agile for continuous improvement
• Facilitate and guide agile practices within the team, including sprint planning, task allocation, backlog grooming, and progress tracking to ensure timely completion of development goals

Team Leadership

• Build and scale top product teams in India by hiring talent aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor full-stack Java developers, front-end, and back-end engineers with technical guidance and career support
• Foster a collaborative, transparent culture aligned with agile values and continuous learning

Stakeholder Management

• Work with product owners, cross-functional development leads, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and set clear roadmaps
• Share clear project updates with leadership, highlight risks, and propose solutions to ensure continuity
• Act as the go-to for technical issues, clearing roadblocks to keep delivery on track

Technical Expertise

• Provide technical direction for the development of robust Java-based full-stack solutions
• Ensure adherence to modern coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines, including the use of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices for scalable, robust solutions
• Coordinate with QA to embed testing in development for seamless, high-quality delivery
• Drive focus on system scalability, availability, reliability, and performance
• Champion the adoption of DevOps practices and cloud-native tools, particularly within AWS environments, to streamline deployment processes and infrastructure management

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on agile, full-stack, cloud, and DevOps trends to enhance team capabilities
• Identify and implement process, tooling, and collaboration improvements while contributing innovative ideas to enhance products and development

Qualifications/Skills Set:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in full-stack Java development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within agile product development environments
• Proven success in delivering complex enterprise software, ideally in business integration, with strong knowledge of integration platforms
• Hands-on expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end Java technologies including Spring and Spring Boot
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, with basic experience in deploying applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline

Personal Skills

• Strong leadership with a proven ability to build new teams and drive growth
• Experienced in hiring talents for software product development
• Over 8 years of experience in agile methodologies like Scrum
• Truly committed to agile values and principles

Technical Skills

• Java:

  Deep expertise in core Java and related frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate

• Front-End:

  Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like
