Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for the Head of Department, Computer Applications. The Head of Department will be responsible for leading the Computer Applications department, overseeing curriculum development, faculty management, and student mentorship. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with other departments, managing administrative activities, conducting research, and reporting to the management. The role also requires maintaining industry connections to ensure curriculum relevance and contributing to student placement efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in curriculum development and faculty management
• Expertise in Research, Academic Coordination, and Department Administration
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with other departments and industry professionals
• Experience in student mentorship and placement activities
• Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Applications or related field
• Relevant industry or academic experience is a plus
