Job Title: HOD Management & Commerce
Location: Avviare Educational Hub, Noida 62 (U.P.)
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – 40,000 per month

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Academic Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the department’s academic vision, fully aligned with institutional goals.
• Lead development, periodic review, and launch of new Management & Commerce courses.
• Promote innovative, student‑centric, and technology‑enhanced teaching methodologies.

B. Teaching & Student Engagement

• Deliver core Management & Commerce courses using best pedagogical practices.
• Mentor and guide students on academics, career pathways, and placement opportunities.
• Monitor student performance, oversee assessments, and coordinate remedial support when needed.

C. Faculty Development & Team Administration

• Oversee faculty workload, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor junior staff.
• Organize training sessions, guest lectures, and departmental development workshops.
• Convene regular departmental meetings and ensure accurate academic record‑keeping.

D. Research & Quality Assurance

• Encourage and support faculty publications and research initiatives.
• Build industry partnerships to support research projects, internships, and placements.
• Ensure full compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in (HR/Finance )Commerce or Management; PhD required.
• Certification: UGC NET/SLET/SET qualified.
• Experience:
• 3–4 years as Assistant Professor, including at least 1 year in HOD/leadership role.
• Proven record in faculty leadership, curriculum planning, and academic administration.
• Academic Profile:
• Strong teaching credentials and student mentorship track record.
• Publications in peer‑reviewed journals and experience supervising student research.
