Opkey is seeking a
Head of Delivery
to lead the onboarding, implementation, and post-sales delivery of our SaaS product suite, including Testing Agent, Config Agent, Training Agent, and Support Agent. This role is built for a
product-first delivery leader
; someone who brings discipline, velocity, and structure to every customer implementation, without losing sight of impact and experience.This isnt a traditional services role. You wont be building custom solutions youll be scaling a
repeatable delivery engine
that drives efficiency, improves time-to-value, and feeds insights directly into our product roadmap.You understand that every successful onboarding strengthens our customer base, accelerates renewals, and creates champions. The Role
As
Head of Delivery
, you will own the
end-to-end post-sales delivery lifecycle
for Opkeys SaaS products. Youll lead a high-impact team of Project Managers, Automation Engineers, and Functional Consultants, while working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every implementation is efficient, predictable, and outcome-driven.
What Youll Do
End-to-End Delivery Leadership
- Own first-time implementation, onboarding, patch management, and post-go-live execution
- Ensure delivery is predictable, repeatable, and aligned to key outcomes (time-to-value, adoption, ROI)
- Manage patch cycles, quarterly updates, and adoption accelerators
Sales & Pre-Sales Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and CSMs to scope delivery plans and estimate timelines during pre-sales
- Translate complex customer ecosystems (integrations, legacy tests, multiple apps) into clear delivery plans
Process Optimization & Delivery Innovation
- Build a culture of continuous improvementeach implementation should be smarter than the last
- Champion automation, scripting, reusable templates, and delivery accelerators to reduce manual effort
- Define and monitor OKRs for project velocity, quality, and cost-efficiency
Product Feedback Loop
- Capture delivery blockers and translate them into actionable feedback for Product
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize features that reduce onboarding time and increase reusability
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of PMs, AEs, and Functional Consultants
- Build a product-first delivery culture that is aligned with CS, Product, and Support
- Drive clarity and consistency across regions and customer types
What You Can Expect To Do During The Day
- Review onboarding timelines and resource allocations for active implementations
- Join a pre-sales call to validate technical feasibility and share estimated delivery plans
- Brainstorm with Product on how to eliminate repeat blockers through feature improvements
- Work with your team to reduce effort hours on current deployments
- Review implementation OKRs, templates, and project hygiene with Delivery Leads
- Participate in a customer debrief to capture lessons learned and surface value metrics
- Align with Sales and CSMs on readiness for handoff and renewal/expansion opportunities
- Coach a Project Manager on stakeholder escalation or cross-team coordination
- Share data with Product and CS on delivery performance and time-to-value gains
What Were Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in SaaS product delivery, implementation, or onboarding
- Experience leading implementations for ERP/SaaS platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, etc.)
- Strong understanding of test automation, integrations, scripting, and enterprise environments
- A product-first mindsetdelivery should inform roadmap and scale through reuse
- Proven track record of reducing delivery timelines and increasing adoption
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CSMs, Support, and Product teams
- Exceptional program management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring and scaling global teams with clear KPIs and accountability
