We're looking for a dynamic Creative Lead who can define and drive Moxie's creative vision across every touchpoint. You'll be responsible for shaping the brand's voice, visual identity, and storytelling building powerful, culture-forward ideas that connect deeply with the audience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and design craft. You'll work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, compelling content, and a consistent brand experience across platforms.
? Define and uphold the brand's creative vision across copy, design, and content.
? Translate marketing and business objectives into cohesive creative concepts and campaigns.
? Act as the bridge between brand strategy and execution ensuring every creative decision aligns with the brand's identity and purpose.
? Oversee 360 creative development from digital ads and social content to packaging, merchandise, photoshoots, campaign assets and other collaterals.
? Drive quality and consistency across all visual and verbal assets ensuring output feels premium, distinctive, and on-brand.
? Guide the creative process forperformance assets (reels, statics, videos), medium-production brand films, product and campaign KVs, and organic content.
? Get into the details from color grading, edit flow, and tone of copy to final design refinements.
? Manage an in-house creative setup functioning like a digital agency capable of producing high volumes of digital/traditional content.
? Establish processes, review structures, and feedback loops to ensure efficiency
? Partner closely with the Brand, Product, Growth, and Retail teams to ensure creative alignment across all touchpoints and campaigns.
? Lead and mentor a young, fast-moving team of writers, designers, and brand media creators.
? Foster a creative culture that values speed, experimentation, and attention to detail.
? Be the span breaker providing direction, structure, and creative clarity to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
? 912 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably from a digital-first agency or a high-growth consumer brand.
? Strong portfolio spanning copy, design, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
? Deep understanding of how creativity drives performance and brand equity in the digital ecosystem.
? Skilled at balancing creative instinct with marketing objectives analytical, aesthetic, and agile in equal measure.
? Prior exposure to beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
? Comfortable leading young, multidisciplinary teams and building scalable creative processes.
? Passion for design, beauty, and culture with an eye for trends, details, and craft.
