Job Description

As a Corporate Communications Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in devising and implementing a communication strategy to align internal and external communications with the business objectives. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Development of Communication Strategy: - Develop an integrated communication strategy supporting the corporate mission, vision, and business goals. - Ensure brand message consistency across all channels, focusing on long-term One Intas brand communication strategy. - Identify key themes, messages, communicators, and stakeholders to amplify the right image of Intas. - Internal Communications: - Execute internal communications programs to keep all staff informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals. - Collaborate with HR and leadership teams for communication strategies during organizational changes. - Foster transparency and teamwork across all levels of the organization. - External Communications: - Manage media relations to maintain a positive public image through press releases, media briefings, and interviews. - Develop relationships with industry press, influencers, and stakeholders. - Oversee communications plans for product launches, partnerships, and significant company announcements. - Digital and Social Media Communications: - Lead digital communication strategies, including social media, website content, and digital campaigns. - Ensure all digital communications are on-brand and engaging for the target audience. - Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with Senior Leadership to manage relationships with investors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders. - Provide communications support to the CEO and senior leaders in speech writing, presentations, and public appearances. - Brand and Reputation Management: - Enhance the company's reputation in the pharmaceutical market through branding activities. - Manage relationships with PR agencies to align their work with the company's communication objectives. - Crisis Communication: - Develop crisis communication strategies to prepare the company for any reputational risk. - Act as a corporate spokesperson during crises to ensure consistent and concise messaging. Qualifications and Experience: - Education: - Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. - Experience: - 15+ years' experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications. - Proven experience in managing large-scale communications strategies. Skills: - Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills to inspire cross-functional groups. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including speech writing and media briefings. - Specialized knowledge of crisis communication and media relations. - Proficiency in digital platforms for communication, including social media. Key Competencies: - Strategic thinker aligning communications initiatives with business outcomes. - Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and influence at all levels. - Discretion in handling sensitive information. - Adaptability to changes in business environments and industry landscapes.
