As a Group Head Copywriting, your role is crucial in leading and shaping the brand engagement through innovative campaigns and high-quality content. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Spearhead presentations, tentpole ideas, and marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement effectively. - Own the content and ideation strategy for multiple brands, ensuring consistency and maintaining high quality standards. - Conduct rigorous quality checks for monthly content calendars before final client submission to ensure accuracy and excellence. - Collaborate closely with CS, design, and account teams to streamline briefing processes, timelines, and project execution for seamless workflow. - Serve as the primary point of contact for content discussions, presentations, and creative requirements, ensuring client satisfaction. - Develop monthly social media engagement activities and present them to senior management and clients for approval. - Oversee uploaded brand content and ensure revisions align with feedback to enhance brand messaging. - Participate in four pitches per quarter, contributing fresh and innovative ideas to attract potential clients. - Identify topical and moment marketing opportunities to elevate brand positioning and stay ahead of industry trends. - Ensure key performance metrics are met while exploring new business opportunities within existing clients" portfolios. - Pitch concepts and campaigns to clients, independently or alongside senior leadership for effective communication.
