The Role Are you a strategic, data-driven leader with a passion for transforming the student experience? We are looking for a dynamic Head of Conversion – International to lead teams responsible for Applicant Experience and Customer Onboarding. In this high-impact role, you will guide international students from enquiry to enrolment, delivering personalised and high-quality support across key global regions. Working closely with international Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing teams, you will head a newly formed team focused on driving engagement, improving conversion, and ensuring a seamless application journey. If you have proven experience in student recruitment or sales, customer service delivery, and managing contact centre operations - especially in an international or higher education setting; this is your opportunity to lead with purpose and make a real difference in students’ lives worldwide. Working as part of the groups global team, you will provide support and assistance to other global offices as and when required. You will have knowledge and understanding of local compliance and employment law requirements in relation to employment and be able to identify risks and improvement in processed. Our Successful Candidate We are looking for a passionate, results-driven candidate who can develop and execute a clear strategy, collate market intelligence, lead a team, ensure a return on investment, and inspire a wide range of stakeholders in pursuit of ambitious performance goals. You will be able to communicate proficiently in English both verbally and written, be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold a qualification or be willing to work towards a post-graduation Professional qualification. You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision whilst working with varied priorities. Your role will involve advising prospective students, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective performance across all recruitment channels, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst working with varied priorities is required in this role.
