Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Content Strategy

  : Plan themes, topics, series structure, episode ideas, and creative direction

• Narrative Design

  : Work closely with scriptwriters and researchers to shape powerful, clear, and emotionally engaging narratives

• Visual Storytelling

  : Define the visual tone, creative language, and cinematic style of Vymera's video content

• Production Oversight

  : Coordinate with editors, motion designers, and freelancers to ensure production stays on track and meets quality standards

• Build & Lead Creative Team

  : Help recruit creative minds, mentor team members, and scale our production process

• Ensure Consistency

  : Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all video formats and series
