Role Overview: You will be joining GenAIcons as a Head of Content, playing a crucial role in leading content strategies and managing a high-performing content team for the visionary product Namah. Your responsibilities will include overseeing content creation, implementing strategies, managing the content system, ensuring quality, and maintaining alignment with the company's brand and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and execute content strategies for the application and various digital platforms. - Lead and develop a content team to ensure high-quality content creation. - Manage the content creation process from ideation to publication. - Provide editorial oversight to maintain consistency and alignment with brand objectives. - Scale content teams effectively and efficiently. - Utilize an AI-first mindset for ideation, production, and optimization of content. - Demonstrate strong skills in content strategy, development, and storytelling. - Uphold a passion for meaningful storytelling, innovation, and spirituality. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, editorial work, or digital storytelling. - Proficiency in content strategy and development. - Experience in building and scaling content teams. - Strong understanding of content management and editorial processes. - Comfortable with leveraging new tools for content creation and optimization. - Preference for individuals with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and spirituality.
