Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Head end-to-end strategic growth and operations for the national and international
• ecosystem of Jagran Josh, aligning editorial excellence with traffic, revenue, and long-
• term business goals.
• Establish short and long-term goals/ plan aligned with Jagran New Media's vision.
• Define and execute and improvise the overall business strategy for Jagran Josh with focus on audience growth, engagement, and monetization.
• Drive revenue growth through diversified models advertising, subscriptions, affiliate partnerships, and B2B solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to enhance platform usability and digital experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams including editorial, marketing, product, and sales to deliver business objectives.
• Ensure efficient budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1518 years of experience in digital media, ed- tech or content business, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or Media Management preferred.
• Proven track record of scaling digital platforms and driving revenue growth.
