Head of Client Servicing Influencer Marketing

You will be responsible for leading our Operations team for Influencer Marketing, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of campaigns. Your role will involve overseeing Associates and Assistant Managers, utilizing your operational expertise and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while providing excellent client service. As a Team Leader, you will manage the client servicing team, driving efficiency, accountability, and ownership across all live campaigns. You will coach and mentor team members to enhance their executional skills and client communication. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables, proper influencer coordination, and quality content deliveries. You will track daily campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and align execution with client briefs. Client communication is vital in this role. You will be the escalation point for client queries, ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication. Proactively updating clients on campaign status, deliverables, and reports will be part of your responsibilities. To maintain operational excellence, you will develop and implement SOPs for smoother workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless execution. Monitoring campaign trackers, documentation, and reports to ensure accuracy and regular updates will also be essential. Quality assurance is crucial in this role.
