Functional Work:

1.Managing Team for the execution of tasks in coordination with stakeholders.

2.Gathering requirements for system changes (Business applications) from Users(different

functions).

3.Preparing BRD as per the requirement.

4.Getting the BRD closed with IT team and Vendor.

5.Clarifying queries raised by IT Vendor.

6.Conducting UAT testing on own and through Team and getting UAT sign off from users.

7.Providing post production Support till the time system stabilizes.

8.Evaluating Systems for gaps and filling up those.

9.Handling projects related to IT developments/automation.

10.Attending meetings with partners for providing solutions.

11.Part of strategic meetings with management for solutions/future projects.

12.Evaluating software’s available in market and identify use cases if any in the

organization.

13.Evaluating and deploying RPAs.

14.Ability to work on ad hoc projects on a requirement basis.

15.Should be able to handle Top management for any queries/issues.
