Head of Brand

You will be responsible for shaping the brand strategy for Cult.fit across Fitness and Product verticals. This senior leadership role involves leading a 15+ member team that includes Social Media, Community & Events, Brand, and PR, and collaborating with stakeholders from Product, Growth, Design, and Business departments. Your deep understanding of brand building, passion for fitness and wellness, and strategic thinking and creative execution skills will be crucial in this high-ownership role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and evolve Cult.fit's brand strategy, positioning, and playbooks across offerings. - Drive 360 brand campaigns across digital, ATL, on-ground, and owned channels. - Lead the organization's efforts in social media, PR, influencers, and community events. - Mentor internal brand team and manage creative, media, and PR agency partners. - Build brand systems, toolkits, and scalable execution models for new offerings and city-level activations. - Collaborate with business, product, and growth leaders to integrate brand priorities into company strategy. - Define, measure, and report on KPIs such as awareness, preference, sentiment, and NPS. **Qualifications Required:** - 13+ years of experience in brand marketing or strategy roles. - Prior experience in leading brands with online and offline presence. - Strong track record in consumer lifestyle categories such as D2C, fitness, wellness, FMCG, hospitality, or consumer tech. - Experience in managing large brand/creative teams and cross-functional leadership. - Excellent storytelling, positioning, and execution capabilities. - Strong personal interest in fitness, health, or wellness is non-negotiable.,
