Job Title:

Purpose:

To be the hands-on developer and technical leader for the organization, building and maintaining the AI and automation systems that underpin our courses, community, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation workflows (Make, migrating to n8n).
• Develop AI prompt systems and pipelines to support course creation and feedback.
• Create and manage Airtable schemas and integrations.
• Supervise other developers and manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Ensure technology supports internal operations and product needs.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of hands-on technology development, ideally in edtech, AI, or workflow automation.
• Strong development experience with workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Expertise in working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Qwen).
• Capable of independent build as well as leadership of small teams.
• Strong problem-solving and system design ability.
