Job Description

Technology->Machine Learning->Generative AI->retrieval augmented generation (rag) Job Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems using Python, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and other relevant technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop AI-powered solutionsWork with large datasets to train and test AI models, and optimize their performanceApply Prompt Engineering techniques to improve the overall performance of the AI systemsTroubleshoot and debug AI systems to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityProvide technical guidance and expertise to ensure high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with the cross functional teamsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.

Required Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA)At least 2-6 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of hands on experience in Gen AI developmentStrong proficiency in Python programming languageHands on experience with LangChain, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:Certification in AI or a related field, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI EngineerExperience with other AI frameworks and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or KerasFamiliarity with containerization using Docker and KubernetesExperience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as GitStrong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practicesExperience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deploymentKnowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Azure / GCP / AWS We are actively hiring for GenAI developerExperience: 7yrs- 10yrs.
