Head of Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and coordinate audits.
• Maintain compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team to deliver high-quality output.
• Drive process improvements in accounting systems and workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, Oracle).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
