Head Nurse - REHAB Center

Position Summary

2050 Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Nurse to lead clinical nursing operations at its Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate must have strong ICU & Critical Care experience and proven leadership in managing ICU departments in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team across the rehabilitation center
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical quality
• Oversee clinical protocols, nursing SOPs, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
• Manage ICU-level clinical decision-making, especially for critical and high-dependency patients
• Monitor nursing documentation, infection control, medication administration, and patient outcomes
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Handle duty rosters, staffing adequacy, and shift management
• Act as the primary clinical nursing authority within the center

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (M.Sc Nursing preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of ICU / Critical Care experience (mandatory)
• Must have handled charge/lead responsibility of an ICU department in a hospital
• Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, emergency response, and patient monitoring
• Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
