Job Description

You will lead the MIS & Planning function in Bangalore and report directly to the CEO. With 8-10 years of experience, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the MIS & Planning function to ensure timely and accurate reporting of business performance to management. - Developing and maintaining dashboards, forecasts, and strategic planning models to facilitate decision-making. - Analyzing financial and operational data, identifying variances, and recommending necessary corrective actions. - Collaborating with business heads to enhance efficiency, implement cost control measures, and drive profitability initiatives. - Implementing robust systems and processes to enhance data accuracy, transparency, and governance. - Managing and mentoring the MIS team to successfully achieve departmental objectives.,
