Head Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

As the Head of Marketing/Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the Education/E-Learning industry, you will be responsible for developing strategies across various marketing verticals such as Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative. You will play a key role in preparing and managing budgets, setting team goals, and monitoring brand reputation. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent brand messaging and analyzing consumer behavior to identify new market segments. You should have proven experience in a leadership role within the education sector, strong communication skills, and a track record of successful marketing campaigns. Expertise in Digital Marketing and Below The Line (BTL) activities is essential, alongside proficiency in web analytics, Google Ads, and CRM software. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a B.Tech/MBA qualification with at least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, along with relevant certifications. Experience in offline marketing events and exposure to the global training business would be advantageous. Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are crucial for this role, as well as the ability to mentor and coach a marketing team effectively. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in ed-tech, advertising, Google Ads, CRM software, remarketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and search engine marketing.
