Head - Marketing & Branding

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Branding with a strong background in the Education Technology industry to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Marketing & Branding, specifically within the EdTech sector. As the Head of Marketing & Branding, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive customer engagement
• Lead and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
• Drive performance marketing efforts to optimize customer acquisition and retention
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in EdTech marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in marketing or MBA preferred
