- Responsible for Facility development & Automation (Incl. SPM, Jigs & Fixtures, Assy lines, Firmware, Sensors etc.
- Responsible for NextGen Processes & Technologies, SMART Factory
- Implementation of Manufacturing system & Tools: Lean tools, Poke-Yoke, VSM, VA/NVA Systems, Optimized Shop-floor layout, line & Men-Machine balancing)
- Responsible for continual improvement & Process time, Head count optimization
- Working for continues for Factory capacity enhancement.
- Engineering change Management & Implementation.
Skills required : MS Office & SAP, Solid works Line balancing, Automation, SPM, VSM, VA/ NVA
