Job Description

Role & responsibilities Drive Maintenance team to achieve annual maintenance plan which comprises plant infrastructure, equipment's and utilities of the plants. Do, Gap analysis for Maintenance cost budget Vs actual (Method, Machine, Manpower, Material) Actions to minimize thrust in Maintenance process. Ensure make effective planning of annual maintenance and key equipment's refurbishment and its adherence as per time line Implement. Ensure system of positive isolations/ LOTO,(Lock out tag out) while performing maintenance activities, for Machine & human safety norms wherever necessary. Ensure effective implementation of norms of safety, 5's, 4M, and TPM (effective implementation of pillars like a autonomous maintenance (JH) and planned maintenance) in all types of maintenance in organization. Establish system of monitoring, tracking of all types of maintenance activities and address contingencies as and when require. Capture legal requirements applicable in maintenance process and ensure compliance as and when require. Ensure system for spare management (Critical spares, predictive and condition based maintenance) so no failures of equipment's. Establish system of monitoring and address contingencies in orders fulfillment , Maintain good delivery rating in customer score cards. Ensure, review and analysis mechanism/system for Breakdowns, preventive, predictive and condition based maintenance, and implementation of corrective actions as appropriate. Ensure compliance of all Maintenance related audit points as per set target dates Implement and maintain , QMS(IATF 16949),EMS (ISO 14001) and OHSAS (ISO 45001) requirements at all stages wherever necessary, Maintain confidentiality at necessary stages in all above mentioned responsibilities as per Kalyani forge Ltd (KFL) policies Preferred candidate profile Same like matching above Roles & Responsibilities.
