We are looking for a seasoned IT Head with strong SAP implementation and support experience to lead the organizations IT strategy, systems, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business verticals . The role will be responsible for end-to-end IT governance, SAP landscape management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and alignment of technology with business goals.

Role & responsibilities

Define and execute the overall IT roadmap aligned with business objective
Lead SAP implementation / roll-outs / upgrades across verticals
Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, system integrators, and vendors
Ensure SAP system stability, performance, data integrity, and user adoption
Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, POS systems, data centers, and cloud platforms
Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection standards
Ensure compliance with IT audits, statutory, and data privacy requirements
Control IT budgets, licensing, and cost optimization initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

12+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years in a senior leadership role (IT Head / IT Manager / DGM IT)
Proven experience in SAP implementation and post-go-live support
Experience in Retail / FMCG / Logistics / Manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

Strong SAP functional and integration knowledge
Understanding of ERP architecture, databases, cloud, and networks
Exposure to POS systems, WMS, HRMS, and BI tools
Knowledge of IT security, audits, and compliance

Education

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT / Computer Science)
