Job Summary GlobiFYE is hiring a Technical Lead – Finance Solutions to lead end-to-end implementation of finance and treasury systems for fintech and financial services clients. This role requires strong financial domain expertise, project management capability, and hands-on technical skills in SQL and data workflows to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery. Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Mandatory project management experience Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial workflows, and R2R (Record-to-Report) Hands-on experience with Treasury module Academic background in Commerce or MBA Finance Experience strictly from Fintech / Financial Services industry Good hands-on experience with SQL queries and MIS reporting Minimum 5 + years of implementation experience Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools Must be located in Bangalore or Delhi/NCR Immediate joiner or notice period up to 30 days Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects for finance solutions Translate client and business requirements into execution plans Configure and deploy finance workflows including R2R, treasury, and reporting Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and integration Oversee ETL processes and data migration activities Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and stakeholder alignment Document requirements, workflows, integrations, and SOPs Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases Required Skills Project Management Financial Accounting & R2R Treasury Operations SQL & Data Analysis ETL / Data Migration Jira, Confluence, Excel Strong communication and stakeholder management Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with ERP or financial automation platforms API integrations and data mapping exposure Agile / Scrum implementation experience Exposure to reconciliation, AR/AP, book closure, and reporting PMP, CSM, or similar certifications What GlobiFYE Offers High-impact onsite fintech implementation projects Exposure to complex finance and treasury systems Competitive compensation and career growth Collaborative and execution-focused work environment
