Role & responsibilities

Head In-charge Nurse

• Supervise nursing staff and daily operations
  
• Ensure patient care protocols and hygiene standards
  
• Monitor duty rosters, leave, and performance
  
• Coordinate with doctors for treatment plans
  
• Maintain nursing records and incident reports
• SHOULD BE OPEN TO TRAVEL
  

Head In-charge Pharmacy

• Oversee medicine inventory and procurement
  
• Ensure proper storage and dispensing protocols
  
• Monitor expiry, stock levels, and audits
  
• Maintain billing, records, and compliance
  
• Supervise pharmacists and support staff
• SHOULD BE OPEN TO TRAVEL
  

Head In-charge Laboratory

• Ensure accurate and timely lab testing
  
• Maintain equipment calibration and QC
  
• Oversee sample collection and report dispatch
  
• Enforce biosafety and waste disposal norms
  
• Supervise lab technicians and workflow
• A thorough knowledge in NABL process
• SHOULD BE OPEN TO TRAVEL
  

Head In-charge Operation Theatre (OT)

• Manage OT schedules and surgical preparation
  
• Ensure sterilization and infection control
  
• Coordinate between surgeons, anesthetists & nursing staff
  
• Maintain OT equipment and consumables
  
• Monitor surgical protocols and post-op care coordination
• SHOULD BE OPEN TO TRAVEL
  

Preferred candidate profile

Head In-Charge Nurse

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing or GNM with strong clinical background
  
• Valid nursing registration (State/National Council)
  

Experience:

• Minimum 815 years of nursing experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or head nurse role
  
• Experience in IVF, maternity, or surgical units preferred
  

Head In-Charge – Pharmacy

Qualifications:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm (mandatory); M.Pharm preferred
  
• Registered Pharmacist with the State Pharmacy Council
  

Experience:

• Minimum 6–10years in hospital or clinical pharmacy
  
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  

Head In-Charge – Laboratory

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT)
  

Experience:

• 6+ years in clinical diagnostics or IVF-related lab
  
• 2+ years in a leadership or QA/QC role and NABL standards
  

Head In-Charge – Operation Theatre (OT)

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in OT Technician / GNM with OT specialization
  
• Advanced training in OT management preferred
  

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in OT (multi-specialty or IVF preferred)
  
• At least 2 years in a senior or in-charge position
