Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources Administrative at our Murbad location. The individual will oversee and manage HR operations, including administrative management, employee relations, and performance appraisal. Daily tasks will include implementing HR policies, managing employee records, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Administrative Management and managing employee relations
• Experience in Performance Appraisal processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Murbad
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Looking for Ex - Indian Army + 3-4 Year of experience in HR/Admin Roles in Manufacturing Industry.
