Position: HR Head Location: Dalhousie Area, Kolkata Company: ADPL Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. About Us: ADPL Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed consultancy firm specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO advisory, and regulatory compliance services across India. Our group entity, Luharuka & Co. , comprises a dynamic team of 35+ professionals delivering end-to-end services in GST, litigation, valuation, audits , and more. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and objectives. Manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Design and maintain HR policies, performance evaluation systems, and employee engagement initiatives. Draft HR communications, policies, offer letters, notices, and internal documentation with precision and clarity. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory HR regulations. Address conflict resolution, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters with tact and professionalism. Partner with senior leadership to support organizational development and HR solutions. Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented workplace culture. Generate and present monthly MIS reports on employee performance. Candidate Profile: Experience: 4 to 6 years in core HR functions, with 1 to 2 years in a leadership role Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or English Skills & Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools , and digital collaboration platforms High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently Compensation: 25,000 50,000 per month ( Negotiable for the right candidate ) Application Process: Interested candidates may email their CV with a photograph to: info@adplco.com , anup@adplco.com 033-40030372 Please mention your current CTC, expected salary, and notice period in the application.
