Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end
HR operations
across facilities, with a focus on client servicing, site management, and staff welfare, designing HR policies.
Oversee recruitment for
housekeeping, F&B service, front office, security, and technical staff
in line with hospitality service standards.
Ensure compliance with all
statutory labor laws
ESI, PF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Bonus, etc.
Design and implement
HR SOPs and policies
based on hospitality best practices.
Lead payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and shift scheduling for site-based workforce.
Handle employee grievances, internal audits, legal issues, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with operations and client teams to manage on-site HR issues efficiently.
Drive
training & development programs
for service improvement, soft skills, and team leadership.
Enhance employee engagement and build a high-performance, service-oriented culture.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
10 to 15 years of experience in HR,
in

Facility Management/Hospitality/ Manufacturing/Service industry
Strong understanding of
labor-intensive services
, compliance, and multi-site HR operations
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
