Role Overview:

Head HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead and evolve the HRBP strategy aligned with Livspace’s business goals and culture.
  • Partner with CXOs and business heads to influence and shape organization-wide strategies from an HR lens.
  • Champion a performance-driven culture, ensuring people and business strategies move in tandem.

Organizational Development & Transformation

  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead org health diagnostics, engagement surveys, and culture-building programs.
  • Spearhead diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

Talent Management & Leadership Development

  • Own and drive leadership development frameworks and succession planning.
  • Ensure robust talent reviews, 360-degree feedback mechanisms, and high-potential employee programs.
  • Support business leaders in building managerial effectiveness and coaching interventions.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Drive key people metrics such as attrition, internal mobility, engagement, and productivity.
  • Leverage data and analytics for business-focused HR decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, audits, and statutory guidelines.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of HRBPs across business units and geographies.
  • Build capability and a strong HRBP bench aligned to organizational growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM from XLRI, TISS, IIMs, or equivalent Tier-1 institutions.
  • Experience:

    10 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership HRBP role.
  • Proven track record of working with high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategies into HR initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and change management.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in people analytics and HR systems.
