Drive Business Partnership, HR service delivery discipline, process excellence, and accountability across all HR operations.Talent Acquisition (Volume + Strategic Hiring). Oversee high-volume & high velocity hiring to support in-time hiring, and also manage strategic hires.. Optimize sourcing, branding, funnel analytics, and recruiter effectiveness to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Employee Relations & Compliance. Build scalable and transparent ER frameworks and ensure legal compliance across all India operations.. Strengthen manager capability to handle sensitive employee issues and escalate effectively when needed.. Ensure compliance with Indian labor law, POSH regulations, and labor law audits.. Manage the effectiveness and adoption of HRIS tools used in India drive simplification, automation, and data integrity.. Review and update the India Employee Policies as well as processes to ensure legislative compliance and brand value.Performance & Capability Development. Lead performance management cycles, manager calibration, and developmental feedback culture.. Oversee onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development for operations teams.Internal Communication & Engagement.
