Job Description

As the Head HR in Bangalore, you will be required to hold an MBA/MSW (Regular) degree and have over 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in E-commerce or FMCG industries. You should have experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) managing a large headcount of 5,000+ employees. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing end-to-end HR operations, overseeing talent acquisition and workforce planning, implementing performance management and appraisal systems, designing employee engagement and retention programs, managing corporate and regional workforce, leading organizational development and succession planning, ensuring labor law and policy compliance, and supervising a multi-location HR team. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
