Role Overview

As Head – Hospitality & F&B, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality lifestyle experience within our senior living community. This includes overseeing housekeeping, cleanliness, community engagement activities, and F&B operations. You will design SOPs, lead recruitment for your function, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with empathy and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage end-to-end hospitality operations, including housekeeping, linen services, waste management, and cleanliness.
• Curate dietician-backed meal plans based on age and health profiles; manage kitchen operations and vendor coordination.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff across housekeeping, kitchen, and event coordination.
• Design and execute recreational activities and social programs tailored for the senior demographic.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain hospitality service benchmarks.
• Define SOPs and ensure consistent adherence across touchpoints.
• Work closely with the Health & Wellness team for integrated well-being.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/PG in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Nutrition or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living.
• Strong team leadership and operational planning skills.
• Empathy-driven approach with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
