Role Overview: As the Head, Growth of share.market at PhonePe, you will be responsible for scaling the stock broking business in a sustainable manner. Your main focus will be on developing and executing growth initiatives that drive measurable results, particularly in customer activation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the cross-functional leadership team to bring new Investors and Traders to the Platform.
