- Successful development & growth of API Business for a Region, (if not Pan India )

- New Business / Market development for an organization from scratch

- Development of an effective marketing / Sales team in atleast one organization

- Drive sales and marketing in ROW and non-regulated market and having hands on experience of domestic sales

- Experience of sales and marketing in US for drugs that fall in OTC (over the counter) category.

  • Proficiency in Regulatory requirements and exposure to IPR
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence platforms and market research techniques.

Role & responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in leading and nurturing a team for growing Pan-India market for APIs and Intermediates/KSM with a quantum leap.
  • Expertise in Market and Target-customers mapping for the company's products with primary and secondary market intelligence sources both for Regulated and Semi/Non-Reg markets.
  • Having a relevant network and personal rapport with the decision makers and influencers in API and FDF Pharma companies.
  • Willingness to extensively travel and passionate to meet customers for increasing the companys wallet share of products and business development for new products.
  • High-performance and growth mind set for achieving the targeted market share of companys products for a profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Effectively controlling the Accounts Receivable, legally executed CDAs and Customer/Agency agreements and adhering to the regulatory compliance norms with a high work ethic
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by proactively providing all the support with a customer- centric approach.
  • Ability to prioritize marketing efforts and for effectively coordinating with Functional Heads and others across the organization.
