About the Role:

As Head of Finance, Compliance & Analytics (FC&A), youll be the financial backbone of our fast-growing organization.

Youll lead all finance, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance initiatives while providing insights that shape Guardians strategic direction.

This is not just a role its an opportunity to build and scale alongside a passionate leadership team in one of the most exciting growth phases of our journey.

Responsibilities

Pillar 1: Accounting & Finance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Communicate performance insights to key stakeholders. Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and other operational processes. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and PT returns. Manage annual MCA/ROC compliances for group companies.

Pillar 2: Compliance with SEBI & Companies Act

Interpret SEBI circulars and ensure adherence to all regulations.
Guide management and teams on compliance requirements. Ensure timely submission of SEBI reports.

Pillar 3: Income Tax Filing

Apply thorough understanding of the Income Tax Act and regulations.
Compute and file tax returns for individuals, HUFs, trusts, companies, and partnerships. Handle and respond to notices from the Income Tax Department. File taxes for company's clients and provide tax cionsultancy.

Ideal Candidate:

Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
Minimum 1-3 years of post-qualification experience Proficient in Tally and ExcelStrong understanding of accounting procedures and the Income Tax Act Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial excellence

Proficinet in Income tax computations, inculding advance tax and capital gains.

CA Freshers who have worked on direct & indirect taxation in their articleship can also apply.
