Schedule and conduct 3–4 in-person meetings per day with potential B2B partners to drive new partnerships and meet acquisition targets. Generate a minimum of 10 Ultra HNI leads per month through regular engagement with B2B partners. Pillar 2: Lead Generation Meet prospective clients from various sources. Design and execute strategies for business development such as participating in industry events, setting up outreach stalls, hosting seminars for professionals (e.g., doctors), and conducting focused marketing initiatives, investor education programs across companies and generate leads. Pillar 3: Business Development Strategy Operate in a performance-driven environment with daily, monthly, and annual input targets across key metrics—calls, meetings, and partnership conversions & output targets like AUM, revenue & clients. Pillar 2: Sales Conversion Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Handle objections effectively and close sales over the phone.
