• Oversee rolling mill operations

  for converting raw materials into standardized structural shapes such as angles, channels, and joists.

• Supervise precision fabrication

  of pole structures, brackets, and associated components.
• Ensure

  galvanizing processes meet corrosion protection standards

  for outdoor installations in power, telecom, and railway sectors.
• Manage production of

  monopoles and lattice structures

  for high-voltage electrical power lines and telecom applications.
• Coordinate manufacturing of

  hot-rolled structures

  like angles, channels, and joists for pole assemblies.
• Oversee fabrication of

  telecom poles and related structures

  , including rooftop and ground-based installations for 4G/5G projects.
• Manage production of

  railway electrification poles and galvanized steel components

  for OHE and traction substations (TSS).
• Implement

  strict quality control measures

  at every stage of production, from raw material inspection to finished poles.
• Collaborate with

  design, procurement, and logistics teams

  for smooth execution of projects.
• Maintain

  compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
