Bharat Sparkline Energy Ltd. is a new-age manufacturer of electrical panels, smart enclosures, and energy solutions. Our vision is to scale into a tech-driven OEM using standardization, ERP systems, and AI integration. We are looking for a Techno-Process Architect / Head of Digital Transformation to build our digital backbone — ERP setup, SOP design, and AI-powered workflows. This role is about creating systems, libraries, and smart processes that make BSL run like a global OEM (Rittal, Schneider) instead of a traditional fabricator.

Responsibilities

 • Map and implement ERP workflows from inquiry → dispatch.

• Standardize product families, libraries, and catalogs.

• Integrate AI tools into design, BOM, QC, and dashboards.

• Write SOPs aligned with ISO/IEC/UL standards.

• Lead change and train a young, ambitious team.

Qualifications

 • BE or Diploma IT/Computer OT equivalent degree.

• 8–12 years’ experience in manufacturing/process/ERP implementation.

• Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP/ERPNext/Zoho), CAD (AutoCAD/E-Plan/SolidWorks).

• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or Industry 4.0 preferred.

• System thinker + change leader with execution focus.
