Marketing Executive

Primarily responsible for Sales and Marketing of Control Panels through Self/Individual, Consultant, Tender, EPC, Contractors, Projects, Builders. Prepare Activity Reports - Order / Sales / Marketing / Support to Existing / New Clients / Consultants Develops and implements strategic sales & marketing plans to accomplish set targets - customer wise & segment wise Responsible for payment collection Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition - keep update on competitive products in terms of reliability and FAB in the control panels industry Ensure good reputation of products & services in the marketplace Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates Represents the organization / Conduct events / Participate at any meetings, trade shows, events to promote products & services Coordinates liaison between sales & marketing and other related departments for allied tasks to get it accomplished Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements Continuously mentoring / coaching / training the team for better performance Prepares periodic sales & marketing report showing volume, maintain database, potential and areas of proposed client base expansion - generate & submit MIS to management Desirable experience in engineering drawings & specifications, sheet metal / fabrication from panel manufacturing Industry, production / material control software system, assembly techniques Must have good communication & negotiation skills Working knowledge of manufacturing process & budgets / financial forecasts High proficiency in computers viz. using MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Must have strong organizationsl skills, problem solving abilities & attention to details Ability to work under minimal supervision
